Project Summary
Description: Kent State University Libraries’ department of Special Collections and Archives digitized approximately 35 cubic feet of materials (approx. 50,000 documents) related to the actions and reactions surrounding the Kent State shootings of May 4, 1970. The digitization of these documents allows users to explore these events and their context through free, online access. Materials digitized for this project and prior to this grant, are available in the Kent State Shootings Digital Archive.
